Pacific Community Fund (PCF) was founded by Filipino American community leaders in 2004 to help ensure that diverse communities throughout California had equal access to capital. PCF is certified by the U.S. Department of the Treasury as a Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI) and the SBA as a Microloan Intermediary Lender.
PCF bridges the gap because we sit between traditional finance and community reality by providing fair, flexible financing and hands-on support to underserved communities – turning financial exclusion into opportunity through:
We provide guidance and support that strengthen long-term financial stability, including business education, financial coaching, and credit-building resources.
We take a different approach. We focus on people, potential, and real-world impact—not just automated credit decisions. Through relationship-based lending, we work closely with borrowers to understand their goals, challenges, and opportunities, providing access to fair and flexible financing designed to help you succeed.
As mission-driven lenders, PCF plays a critical role in expanding economic opportunity—ensuring that communities across California and beyond have the tools and capital they need to grow, thrive, and build lasting success.
We are committed to empowering individuals and businesses in our local communities through tailored financial guidance and resources. Our services include:
Personal Finance: Personal Loans, Expert advice on budgeting, saving, and managing debt to achieve your financial goals.
Small Business Support: Guidance for entrepreneurs, including business planning, funding options, and operational strategies.
Homeownership Assistance: Resources and advice to help you navigate the path to owning your dream home, from mortgage readiness to down payment assistance.
Resources: Access to programs and tools designed to uplift and strengthen our neighborhoods.
Disaster Relief: When disaster strikes, we’re here to help.
