Pacific Community Fund (PCF) formally known as National Asian American Coalition (NAAC) is a US Dept. of Treasury Certified Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI) and a HUD-Approved 501(c)(3) nonprofit Housing Counseling Agency providing comprehensive, affordable homeownership counseling to over 25,000 minority families in California. As an approved SBA Microloan Intermediary Lender and IBank-guaranteed lender, NAAC CDFI is a resource by qualified small businesses & non-traditional borrowers for access to capital and other financing options in underserved communities.

Pacific Community Fund is a longstanding community lending institution. As a certified Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI), we are dedicated to being a part of the solution as businesses and community leaders from throughout Los Angeles come together to rebuild in the wake of the recent fires. To this end, Pacific Community Fund has launched a LA Fire Relief Fund to provide an easy to access, zero-interest loan with three groups in mind:
Funding Amount: Up to $1,500 in immediate funds for qualified applicants
Application Deadline: Qualified applicant may apply beginning on January 10, 2025. Funding will remain available through February 10, 2025 or until funds last.
Eligibility:
Must be residents who can provide proof of residence in the affected areas; owners of small businesses (annual revenue of $1million or less) in the affected areas; and, essential workers (i.e., homecare workers, landscapers, housekeepers, nannies) who have lost their primary source or the majority of income due to the LA Fires. Applicants must provide documentation of wildfire-related wage loss or damage.
