Pacific Community Fund (PCF) was founded by Filipino American community leaders in 2004 to help ensure that diverse communities throughout California had equal access to capital. PCF is certified by the U.S. Department of the Treasury as a Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI) and the SBA as a Microloan Intermediary Lender.
